Cyber Helper (Pilot)
Description: Ariento is seeking technicians to work as part of our newest brand currently in beta pilot: Cyber Helper.

Requires the ability to effectively communicate over the phone, chat, email and in person with customers.
Assist users in the operation of standard computer equipment including PCs, Printers, Phones, Tablets and peripherals
Diagnoses and resolves basic network and computer functionality issues.
Installing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting printers, computer hardware, Windows 10 OS, Mac OS as well as other desktop applications and peripheral equipment.
Troubleshooting and configuration both in-person and on the phone.
Respond to customer inquiries concerning computer issues, hacking, data breaches and other IT or cybersecurity related topics.
High school graduate or GED
Have access to a reliable transportation
Valid Driver’s License
High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
Ability to work without supervision
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as required

Modern day computer that meets minimum hardware specs.
6 or more months experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues.
Technical MOS such as cyber, communications, signals intelligence or equivalent experience. The following is not an exhaustive list. Other technical MOS in cyber, IT, intelligence, etc or equivalent experience considered. Example MOS include:
Air Force: 3C0X1
Navy: IT, H05A, IC
Marine Corps: 0651, 0688, 0689 or 28XX (entire field)
Army: 25B, 25N, 25U, 255N
One year experience in technical support, customer service, help desk, and/or contact center preferred.
Additional certification in Cisco, Microsoft, Linux or similar technologies
Security Plus certification
